Diverse Warranty Coverage
Our product range is diverse, and accordingly, we offer varying warranties tailored to the specific products and services we provide. All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty and MaxonTire provides contact and assistance services.
Warranty on Tires
We at MaxonTire stand behind the quality of all the tires we supply and install. Our guarantee covers the lifespan of the tire. If product quality problems or manufacturing defects occur after purchase, we will contact the manufacturer after receiving your feedback and replace the product free of charge if conditions are met. However, it is crucial that any claims concerning tire defects upon receipt are reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Please note that shipping and handling charges for all warranty services, both to and from the customer, are not covered by MaxonTire.
Exclusions from Tire Warranty
The following circumstances are not covered under this warranty:
- Road hazard injuries such as cuts, snags, bruises, impact damages, or punctures, whether repairable or not.
- Incorrect tire mounting, tire/wheel imbalance, or improper repairs.
- Issues arising from under-inflation, over-inflation, improper maintenance, or misuse.
- Mechanical irregularities in the vehicle, like wheel misalignment, causing uneven or rapid wear.
- Use of incompatible or improper valves, rims, or wheels with the tires.
- Usage in vehicles that exceed the load and speed index marked on the tire sidewalls.
- Tires purchased second-hand, including those fitted to used cars and imported vehicles, without proof of purchase.
- Improper storage of the tires.

Quality Issue Resolution Process
- Prompt Response to Feedback: Upon receiving customer feedback regarding any quality issues, we will immediately notify the relevant manufacturer to address the concern.
- Manufacturer Coordination: We will obtain the latest information and guidance from the manufacturer to ensure that the issue is resolved effectively.
- Solution Provision: The best available solution will be offered to the original purchaser, effective from the date of the original purchase.
On-Road Legality
Responsibility of the Vehicle Owner
- Legal Compliance: Alterations to a vehicle's wheels and tires can impact its road legality. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to consult with relevant road and traffic authorities regarding the permissibility of such modifications prior to undertaking them.
- Liability: MaxonTire holds no liability for any legal complications that may arise from the purchase and installation of wheels and/or tires.
Cancellations and Return
Return and Exchange Policy
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Quality Issues: We accept returns and exchanges only in cases where product quality issues are identified.
- Restocking Fee: All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 35% to 45%.
- Waiting Period: There is a mandatory waiting period of no less than 45 days for all returns and exchanges.
Freight Charges
- Non-refundable: Freight charges are non-refundable once products have been dispatched.
- Customer Responsibilit: All freight costs are borne by the customer.
Special Order Products
- No Returns: Products made to order, including but not limited to machine/drilling orders, are not eligible for return.
Return Eligibility for Wheels
- Original Packaging: To qualify for a return, wheels must be returned in their original boxes, ensuring their integrity and condition.
Guarantee on Fitments
Fitment Assurance
MaxonTire ensures that any product matching the dimensions and specifications outlined in your order and product certificate will be eligible for replacement if it does not fit upon delivery. This guarantee is applicable under the condition that your vehicle does not have any aftermarket modifications, such as upgraded brakes or lowered suspension. Any issues related to fitment must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Scope of Guarantee
- Applicability: Our fitment guarantee is valid for all purchases of wheel and tire or wheel and tire packages intended for standard, non-modified vehicles.
- Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover wheels and tires with custom offsets or any specifications not recommended by us.
- Vehicle Modifications: If your vehicle is modified and this information is not communicated to us in writing or included in your order, the fitment guarantee is void.
Terms and Conditions of Guarantees
Warranty Exchange
- Defective Products: If a product or service becomes defective during the warranty period, MaxonTire Customer Service will contact the manufacturer as soon as possible upon receipt of customer feedback to provide a replacement if possible.
- Expenses: Cost: MaxonTire will be responsible for negotiating with the manufacturer to bear the reasonable costs associated with a warranty claim. Freight charges, however, will be at the customer's expense.
Warranty Exclusions
- Invalid Conditions: The warranty is void if the defect is due to alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or modification.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear or the product's normal service life are not covered under this warranty.
